The nutritional information is always for one serving. First recipe with my brand new Vitamix blender. Next time I will only thin it out with a little more milk. This was enough for me and my 2yo. I made a half serving to try it, vanilla yogurt, milk, frozen strawberries fresh banana and it was thick, next time I’ll try with double the milk, I think that will thin it up slightly so it can go through a straw easier. Or maybe the extra milk in the full serving will be better. This smoothie is meant to be on the thicker side.
