Sourdough banana bread

It is made using my homemade sourdough starter that is just as easy! But, if you were patient enough to get your sourdough starter ready to go, then a few hours is nothing! Plus, it is SO worth it to have freshly baked bread! There are only five ingredients to this recipe, so you more than likely have everything you need on hand.

Combine all the ingredients together in the bowl from your stand mixer. If you are mixing by hand, knead everything together for about ten minutes. Cover the dough with plastic and let it sit for about 3 hours to let it rise. After the dough has had time to rise, gently fold up the sides of the dough, rotate the bowl, and fold again.
