So, with this in mind, can you store and then reheat your KFC at a later date? To reheat KFC, the best thing to do is to place it either in the oven or in an air fryer. It should be reheated to 75C for it to be safe to eat. You will notice that we haven’t included the microwave in our options below. As such, we recommend either reheating KFC in the oven or air fryer, as we explain below. How to Reheat KFC in the Oven Reheating KFC in the oven ensures it will be nice and crispy, although not quite as good as it was when you first ordered it!
Switch on your oven and heat it to 180C or 350F. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper or tin foil. Spray it with low-fat cooking oil or olive oil. This ensures your chicken won’t stick to the tray. Then, line your KFC pieces side-by-side before placing the tray in the centre of the oven. Leave your KFC in the oven for between 20-25 minutes.
