Pizza rolls

Our family just loves my husband’s version of store-bought pizza rolls. They take some time to make, but they freeze well so we get to enjoy the fruits of our labor for a long time! Stir in pizza rolls sauce until combined.

4 cup filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. In a Dutch oven or deep cast-iron skillet, heat 1-2 in. Fry pizza rolls until golden brown, 1-2 minutes on each side. If desired, serve with additional pizza sauce.
