Our Roots Our beginning goes back to 1988 when Bills Peking House first opened its doors in the N. Before opening the first location, Bill Pang managed restaurants in Calgary and Edmonton. Over the next 6 years, we branched out to a total of four locations city wide, making our dim sum edmonton within Calgary extensive. Our Food What you may not know is that our food is purchased only from qualified suppliers who must meet our rigorous standards for both food safety but quality.

Everything we cook is made fresh daily. Nothing is ever pre-cooked, even on busy days, and we never use pre-made food in any shape or form. Put simply, we do not compromise food quality in the slightest. Our Service Our service is second to none, and we strive each and every day to ensure that you have the best dining experience possible. We welcome customers with special needs for foods such as allergies.

We are known for our outstanding service, along with food that is consistent, fresh and of the utmost quality. Best dim sum I have found in the south. Tried the sticky rice and enjoyed it with some sauce from the steamed curry squid which was delicious. Hostess was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Quality was good and came fast. Hostess very friendly and made us feel welcome. Not always the case in dim sum restaurants. Bill’s has the market for dumplings Never had a better dumpling before Bill’s!
