After being cooked, roast meat is carved into pieces before being served, often together with roast potatoes, carrots and onions. The main ingredient of most baked foods is wheat flour. Grease and flour a cake pan. In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and butter. Beat in the eggs, then add a tablespoon of vanilla extract and whisk.
Add flour to the mixture and stir in milk until the batter is smooth. Pour or spoon batter into the greased cake pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven. Add grated cheese to the white sauce and stir. I can bake cakes and pies, but I can’t bake bread.
