When you add salt to cucumbers and tomatoes, they start to get juicy and soft so less salt means the salad will stay crisp longer. There’s a surprising ingredient in the dressing that takes this salad to a whole new level! Cucumber Feta Salad Ingredients: The ingredients in this feta salad are so fresh, crisp and amazing! The feta cheese takes it over the top, so don’t skip it! If you aren’t keen on cilantro, add dill to taste instead.
