Apple and brie appetizer

Soft, gooey and rich in flavor, these brie apple and brie appetizer are sure to impress. Now, with a busy family, I need quick bites.

My spin on the classic ham and cheese delivers as a snack or for supper. I transformed it into a dessert that’s savory and sweet. It makes a wonderful appetizer, too. Put it together and bake it now, or hold it overnight to pop into the oven tomorrow. We came up with our own version for a creative way to use leftovers.
