OPTIONAL IDEAS You can make this into a garlic parmesan broccoli by simply adding 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Air frying brings out the natural sweetness of fresh broccoli! So good, with just just a dash of cayenne and garlic powder! I used frozen broccoli and followed the directions but mine never got crispy, just steamed it seems like. It may be because the broccoli was frozen as it will wilt. I make frozen broccoli all the time and it needs a higher temperature and more time. Defrost it a bit and then drain whatever water there is.

Ross with olive oil and seasonings and do the thing. Which setting do you use on the air fryer? I’m excited to make this tonight, only my air fryer doesn’t do 5 degree increments. Would I choose 370 or 380? I have burned veggies in there before so I know it’s a delicate dance.
